Columbia Kentucky Horse + Rider Session at Family Farm | Layla + Pregnant Halle

You may recognize this horse. If you don’t, this is Halle. She’s a Tennessee Walking horse that I have worked with multiple times! Her owner Layla had called me and explained that Halle was actually going to be bred and she wanted to photograph her pregnant!

Say no more.

Your girl was on it.

This was a photoshoot I was WAITING. FOR.



But I wanted to take it to the next level. I didn’t just want to put flowers around Halle’s stomach or a flower crown, oh no, I took it to the next level and wanted to make her look like most of my mother’s to be. She needed a flowing gown.

Unfortunately they didn’t have maternity dresses in mare size but I had a little trick up my sleeve to make sure we made this shoot creative and stress free for the momma to be!
